Street Mercy

Compassion and care for the homeless.

Life on the streets is cold, lonely, and unforgiving. Beyond the daily struggle for food and shelter, many who are homeless face isolation and hopelessness. The need for support becomes even more urgent in winter when temperatures can drop as low as -20°C (-4°F), putting lives at risk from illness or exposure.

Through Mission Without Borders’ Street Mercy programme, we bring warmth and hope to those with nowhere else to turn. At our mobile distribution points, we provide hot meals, essential supplies, and a listening ear. Those who join us are also invited to short Bible studies and encouraging talks.

But this initiative is about more than just food—it’s about reaching out with God’s love, care and compassion. A meal, a warm blanket, a pair of sturdy shoes—these are lifelines, but so too are friendship, community, and the message of hope found in the Gospel.
